Lee Clark grew up in a small town in the Midwest where her vintage fur coats and trademark hot pink lipstick earned her outcast status, which she lovingly embraced as one of her defining characteristics. After college, where she earned a degree in the History of Art, she and her husband moved from Texas to New York and then to California. Looking back on nearly a decade of travel and seeing the attachments she had formed with each new and unfamiliar place, Lee learned that she loved making a house into a home. Her other passions include blue and white interiors; tulips, peonies, daffodils and other fresh flowers; giving (un)solicited advice; and watching classic films. She and her husband now reside in Washington D.C. with their son and beloved Brussels Griffon.
